Scope:
Supports warehouse operations through accurate data entry, document control, and administrative management of stock movements.
- Record stock movements and maintain accurate, chronological inventory data.
- Perform data entry for receipts, issues, and transfers based on validated documents.
- Prepare routine inventory reports and provide support during stock counts.
- Issue delivery notes, loading orders, and transfer documents, and ensure completeness and accuracy of all accompanying documents.
- Ensure external visitors entering the warehouse respect internal safety rules.
- Identify opportunities to improve documentation flow, reporting accuracy, and administrative processes.
- 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in logistics/warehouse administration or similar back‑office function
- Good knowledge of standard MS office applications
- Minimum business / commercial degree in high school education
- Experience with ERP software and Excel.
- Preferred:
Basic awareness of HSE/ADR documentation requirements
