Minimum Qualifications- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
- Two (2) years of administrative or secretarial experience
- Assists with all employee data using HRIS, personnel files and educational files.
- Assists in obtaining all employment-related information including employment references, criminal background check, primary source license verification, employment offers, I-9, etc.
- Assists with screening, evaluating, and prioritizing visitors and telephone calls in an appropriate manner.
- Assists new employee Orientation packets.
- Serves as a support staff for other Human Resources Members.
- Assists with hospital activities and community projects as assigned (RRR, bi-annual picnic, Hospital week, etc.).
- Performs other clerical duties as assigned for HR, including but not limited to filing, editing, typing, etc.
- Assists with creating new and replacement employee s and maintains accurate information in the badge system.
- Schedules meetings, prepares/maintains monthly calendars, securing times and contacting appropriate individuals.
- Prolonged sitting, standing, walking and typing.
- Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Standard office environment.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Products.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
