Reports To: Management / Finance Leadership

Position Overview

The Financial Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and financial support to management while assisting with the review, organization, and tracking of legal and compliance‑related documents. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Prepare invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
  • Support payroll documentation, budgeting, and reporting as needed
Legal & Compliance Document Support
  • Review contracts and legal documents for completeness, accuracy, and required signatures
  • Track contract deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain secure and well‑organized legal and compliance files
  • Coordinate document approvals and revisions with management and external parties
  • Handle confidential financial and legal information with discretion
General Office Support
  • Support audits, internal reviews, and reporting
  • Communicate with internal departments and entities as needed
  • Assist management with administrative tasks and special projects
Qualifications
  • Experience in administrative, accounting, or financial support roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic familiarity with contracts, legal terminology, or compliance processes preferred
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting or financial software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation

($50,000 to $56,000 per year, based on experience)
