We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team.

* Position Overview:
** As a Maintenance Technician at Wasatch Commercial Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of our commercial properties. You will work collaboratively with our property management team to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for our tenants and visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to make a meaningful impact in the property management industry.
** Responsibilities:
*** Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
* Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance and repair needs.
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
* Assist in the preparation of vacant units for new tenants.
* Collaborate with vendors and contractors when necessary.
* Ensure the safety and security of the property and its occupants.
* Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

* Qualifications:
*** High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in commercial property maintenance preferred.
* Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and respond to emergencies as needed.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
