The base pay for this position is $19.00 per hour. Pay may vary based on your skills and experience.

• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Standard computer and technology skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation skills a plus.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance during the shift.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
• Willingness to participate in the company’s pre‑employment screening process, including drug screening and background investigation.
