Our Mission: At Clicklease, we have a clear purpose - to fulfill the capital needs of underserved entrepreneurs and their Main Street Businesses. Compensation: $60,000 OTE ($40,000 base salary plus commission)

Modality: Hybrid (based on performance; on-site in West Valley for first 30–60 days)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

What you’ll be doing
  • Researching and prospecting potential partners through cold calls, emails, and social strategies with the goal of setting up demos for Account Executives.
  • Following up consistently with leads via phone, email, and chat to maintain engagement and pipeline progression.
  • Effectively communicating Clicklease’s value proposition to potential partners and small business owners.
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to ensure fit and readiness for Account Executive engagement.
  • Diligently using CRM () to capture relevant data, maintain accurate notes, and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Developing creative strategies for targeting decision-makers and driving conversion opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives and Marketing to optimize outreach campaigns and messaging.
  • Achieving or exceeding weekly and monthly activity and opportunity-generation goals.

Essential Functions
