Position OverviewWe are seeking top sales closers to represent industry‑leading home improvement products in the booming market of windows, siding, and bathtub showers. Earn between $120,000 and $300,000 annually with weekly pay and cutting‑edge technology. Prep is included. No overnight travel.

- Negotiate and close the sale
(Travel to/from prospective customers’ homes required; 75% travel required)
Requirements- Hungry, motivated closers who want six‑figure earnings
- Confident communicators with strong sales instincts
- Willing to follow a proven system that works
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license (Required)
- Ability to meet with homeowners in person
- Desire to be part of a TEAM with relentless dedication to win
- 1 year+ sales experience preferred but we will train the right person
- Self‑starter with drive for success
- Ability to close 25% of leads issued
- Great presentation and communication skills
- Results‑oriented, money‑motivated
- Must pass a background check and drug test
