• Manage day‑to‑day front‑ and back‑of‑house operations of the restaurant

• Form authentic relationships with guests and ensure top‑notch service
• Coordinate the team to run happy, well‑organized shifts
• Maintain a clean, compliant, and food‑safe environment

• 2‑5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management a plus)
• Availability for a five‑day set schedule
• Strong mentoring and people‑management skills
• Detail‑oriented, growth‑mindset, and self‑starter
• Enthusiastic, positive, and genuine
• Quick learner in fast‑paced environments
