Position Summary

Under supervision, assemble products following Quality System Regulations. Document processes used.

Location
: 2 460 South 3270 West, West Valley City, Utah 84119

• Follow manufacturing process instructions (MPI’s)
• Follow production schedule
• Comply with applicable FDA and international regulatory laws and standards
• Read drawings and Lot History Records
• Manufacture, assemble, package, and label product according to QSR’s, MPI’s, and other applicable company procedures
• Document work performed
• Collaborate with engineers and managers to recognize issues and participate in problem resolution
• Notify supervisor of issues or discrepancies
• Works well in a team environment
• Assists others on team
• Able to clearly and effectively communicate with peers, engineers, and managers
• Basic reading proficiency
• Able to articulate and comprehend information and instructions
• Working Conditions:
  
  sitting, standing, stairs, manual dexterity, working while looking through a microscope, hand/eye coordination, light lifting
• Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation

• High School diploma or equivalent
• English fluency is required (reading, writing and speaking)
• Ability to read and understand simple mechanical drawings
• One to two years assembly experience, medical device preferred
