Flexo Printing Press Operator

Paragon Press is seeking a motivated, reliable, and experienced Flexographic Press Operator to join our production team in Salt Lake City. • Assist existing press operators with press setup, press checks, washups, and daily production
• Operate flexographic presses independently to help extend daily production hours
• Maintain consistent quality standards, with strong attention to detail and color accuracy
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet schedules and customer expectations

We currently operate 10” and 13” Mark Andy flexographic presses. Experience with embossing, hot foil stamping, and UV inks is a plus.

• Minimum of 2 years experience operating a flexographic press
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented production environment
• Strong attention to detail and color matching
• Fluent in English
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Background check required
