Assembly Technician

Location: West Valley City, UT

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Day Shift - 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday-Thursday)

The Assembly Technician 1 is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in the assembly of Silencer Co suppressors, accessories, and firearm-related products. This role focuses on learning proper assembly techniques, following detailed instructions, and maintaining quality standards while working in a team-oriented production environment. This position reports to the Assembly Supervisor.

• Assemble basic product components following written work instructions and training.
• Identify correct parts and tools required for assigned assemblies.
• Perform fastening and basic fit-and-finish checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Follow all safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies.
• Accurately track work and parts as instructed.
• Assist with inventory organization and material handling.
• Participate in team meetings and production goals.
• Learn Silencer Co product lines and assembly processes.
• Support other Assembly Technicians and departments as needed.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail.

• No prior assembly experience required (manufacturing experience is a plus).
