Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Analyst to design and implement innovative processes and solutions for various data sets, enabling impactful business decisions. You will gain insights into critical business challenges by utilizing statistical analysis techniques to analyze both structured and unstructured data from diverse sources. Collaboration across departments and with clients to define requirements and address business problems will be key to your success.
Your role involves applying advanced mathematical, statistical, querying, and reporting methods to develop actionable solutions. You will create information tools, algorithms, dashboards, and queries aimed at monitoring and enhancing business performance. From concept to production, you will communicate results effectively to a wide audience, utilizing the latest technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize analytics and quantitative methodologies to drive informed decision-making.
- Oversee data compilation, management, analysis, and reporting.
- Build relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
- Extract and integrate large data sets from various systems or applications.
- Establish processes for monitoring, tracking, and trending data using diverse systems.
- Create clear and well-organized reports and analyses to present findings to management.
- Identify opportunities and trends through thorough research and analysis of report results.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and document new standard reports or processes.
- Consolidate data manually or using industry tools, with a strong emphasis on effective data processing using Microsoft Excel.
- Provide support to management and team members on all data-related inquiries.
Education: Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: 5-7 years in a relevant field.
Required Skills- In-depth knowledge of Medicare Stars.
- Proficient SQL querying skills (complex joins, analytical functions, data validation).
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validating reporting outputs.
- Advanced Excel skills, including creating automated or repeatable reports.
- Experience in developing dashboards or reports using Power BI.
- Strong background in HEDIS measures.
- Experience creating or maintaining Paginated Reports.
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis or automation.
- Knowledge of SharePoint, including site building and automation (e.g., workflows or Power Automate).
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience Preferences7-9 years in a relevant field.

Pay Range: $80,168 - $171,058 / ANNUAL
