Base pay range$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr
Responsibilities- Analyze business and clinical workflows and recommend technical and functional solutions.
- Configure, implement, monitor, and maintain applications and system workflows of moderate complexity.
- Resolve incidents, problems, and service requests in alignment with IS standards and SLAs.
- Participate in system testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with established standards.
- Support system integrations and maintain working knowledge of system architecture.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with project planning, task prioritization, and deadline management.
