Hours:
Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 5:00PM/36 patient facing hours (optional late day on Tuesdays). - Late Spring/Early Summer 2026 start date.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
- Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
- Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
- Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two (2) or more years of experience preferred.
- Masters degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
