We are looking for a Manager to help run one of our residential locations at North Eastern Services

• Execute daily activities with the individuals at home and/or in the community.
• Supporting Individuals with their goals to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Provide proper supervision to individuals to ensure their health, safety, and well‑being.
• Assist in medications to individuals according to the Medication Administration Record (MAR)
• Assist individuals with meal planning, preparation and daily documentation
• Driving individuals to/from appointments
• Overseeing staff and ensuring they receive the necessary training
• Ensure the individual's medical and financial needs are met.
• Conduct house meeting and attend manager meetings

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must have 3+ years working in Social Services
• Must be able to have a flexible schedule
• Must have a current/valid UT Drivers license as well as a clean driving record
• Must have a vehicle with current registration and full coverage insurance

• Social service experience needed
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to provide physical care
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid UT driver's license
