Volunteer - Performing Arts Disneyland Trip Chaperone

In the work experience section of the application, please list your current and previous employers (minimum of
2). This is necessary for the reference check required by Utah statute for school volunteers. Please list any related volunteer experience on your resume only, if appropriate.

School Volunteers may have significant unsupervised access to students, and must complete a background check prior to serving. Granite School District will cover the cost of this background check for volunteers.

• Travel to Disneyland with the performing arts group in March.
• Provide current and previous employers (minimum of
  2) for reference checks required by Utah statute.
• Background check cleared (cost covered by District).
• List any related volunteer experience on your resume where appropriate.
