About this role:

As a Dermatologistyou will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will be an employed Medical Group Dermatologist within a large non-for-profit health system, where you will practice general dermatology in a well-established clinic. You will work alongside another full-time physician, have full MA and scheduling support, and collaborative support from other Dermatologists throughout our Medical Group.

This clinic is undergoing an expansion and the new space will have four exam rooms and one procedural room dedicated to each provider.

• This position includes aguaranteed?starting base salary of$549,000
  /annually,$15,000
  starting bonus and up to$20,000
  in relocation assistance when applicable
• You will practice at West Valley Dermatology Clinic in West Valley City, UT
• Clinic is open Monday
  - Fridayand you will work a (4) - 10 hr. daysper week seeing 40 - 50 patients per day when in clinic

What youllbring:

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
• ACGME Residency training Dermatology
• Board certification or eligibility in Dermatology
• Active, unobstructed
  
  Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
