Role Description
This is a seasonal postionwith a Jume 1st 2026 start date, on-site role for a Line Cook located in West Tisbury, MA. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and ensuring food safety and hygiene practices are followed. Other responsibilities include assisting in food prep, collaborating with kitchen staff, managing inventory, and contributing to a positive and efficient team dynamic.
Qualifications
- Skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and working with kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain organization under pressure
- Teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
- Prior experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred
- Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Culinary training or certification is a plus
