O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.;
Train new team members assigned to him or her.;
Handle team member performance evaluations and recommend pay increases for these individuals.;
Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling and participating in interviews, evaluating candidates.;
Support store manager by working with the assistant management team ensuring safety compliance and that all team members receive appropriate training in all areas.
