The Registered Nursing duties include but are not limited to assuming responsibility and accountability for patients/residents through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. The qualified nurse will effectively interact with patients/residents, family members, responsible party and other health team members, while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Nurses will plan, supervise and evaluate care of each patient/resident as well as ensure the status of each patient/resident condition is effectively communicated to the physician.

Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program and current Minnesota license in good standing. Must be able to identify, prioritize, coordinate, communicate and assign work for self and others. The qualified candidate must be able to support elders, family members and others ensuring a compassionate and caring atmosphere with strong customer service skills. Previous experience in long term care is helpful, but not required.

Currently Cerenity Senior Care Humboldt is offering a $5,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus if hired for this position. To be eligible for the bonus, the newly hired employee must maintain continuous, in-good-standing, employment.

Cerenity provides competitive salary and benefits such as Medical, Dental, 403(b), PTO and paid holidays, and tuition payment/reimbursement, up to $3,600 per calendar year, is available after six (6) months of employment. Starting wage is $25.50/hour and experience is rewarded in pay.
