Job Description

The High School Co-op position is an opportunity for a High School Senior to learn and apply skills mastered in the classroom. This position provides students with supervised on-the-job training.

• Expedite and update purchase orders via ERP system
• Check and respond to e-mail
• Accumulate, prepare, and distribute product spec sheets
• Assist in maintaining product database integrity
• Assist with projects as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

• Enrolled in work study program
• Less Than High School - Preferred
• Currently attending Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School

• Reliable, prompt, and willingness to listen and learn
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Organized and efficient
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Sit:
  Must be able to remain in a stationary position - Constantly – at least 51%
• Walk:
  Must be able to move about inside/outside office or work location - Occasionally – up to 20%
• Use hands to finger, handle, or feel:
  Operates a computer and other office machinery - Constantly – at least 51%
• Talk, hear, taste, smell:
  Must be able to use senses to effectively communicate with co-workers and clients and detect hazardous conditions - Constantly – at least 51%
