We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a passion for building strong relationships with clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and commission structure.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking, prospecting, and cold calling
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and selling our products and services to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and maintain accurate records
- Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and promote the company’s products and services. Qualify prospects thoroughly.
- Continually attend and complete training on a regular basis.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
