Coating Repack Associate

THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Coating Repack Associate prepares tooling for loading and unloading into the washing system and Post Polish machines and unpack and repack tools for internal inventory and outside shipments. As a Coating Repack Associate you will play a crucial role within the organization and a high level of precision and attention to detail is desired.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

* Load and unload the coating machine (requires 35-pound lift).

* Set up and operate the coating machine.

* Prepare tools for washing and operate the washing and post polish equipment.

* Pack up tooling for shipment or inventory

* Maintain production and quality levels.

YOU'LL BRING:

* High School Degree or GED.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and multi-task.

* Demonstrated ability for organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to lift 35 pounds consistently and stand for long periods as well as bend and crouch.

The pay for this role is $17 an hour. This reflects the base salary the company reasonably expects to offer at the time of posting. Final pay will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
