We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join our team at Bertera Subaru of West Springfield. The Parts Advisor will play a crucial role in ensuring our service department operates efficiently and our customers receive the parts and information they need promptly.

• Assist customers and service technicians in locating the appropriate parts for their vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain an organized inventory of Subaru parts and accessories.
• Place orders for parts and ensure timely delivery for customer and service needs.
• Provide expert advice on Subaru parts, answering any questions and offering recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with new products and technical information to offer informed guidance to customers and colleagues.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management to ensure efficient stock management.
• Process customer orders and handle transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless communication and operations.

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a related role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, especially Subaru products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency with computer systems and inventory software is an asset.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for parts delivery and stock handling.
