, and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for a motivated B-Level Technician who wants real stability, professional growth, and a long-term career with a winning team.

About the Role

As a B-Level Automotive Technician at Precision Auto, you’ll work on a consistent flow of vehicles in a clean, well-organized shop. You’ll handle maintenance and repair work, assist with diagnostics, and collaborate with a strong team that values quality, efficiency, and accountability.

We’re looking for someone with 3–5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience who takes pride in doing the job right and wants to continue developing their skills.

What We’re Looking For
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • References.
  • Positive, team-first attitude.
  • 3–5+ years of professional Automotive Technician experience.
  • Strong ability to perform repairs accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience with brake work, suspension, steering, engine repairs, and routine maintenance.
  • Basic to intermediate diagnostic skills.
  • Proven history of quality workmanship and productivity.
  • Ability to follow workflow systems and communicate clearly with the team.
  • Desire to learn, improve, and grow within the company.
