We are seeking a meticulous and organized Automotive Dealer CVR Title Clerk / AP/AR Clerk to join our growing team. This dual‑role position requires a candidate who excels in managing vehicle titles and also has a strong aptitude for handling accounts payable and receivable tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • CVR Title Clerk Duties:
    • Process and manage vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation accurately.
    • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations concerning vehicle titles.
    • Collaborate with sales and finance departments to resolve title‑related issues promptly.
    • Maintain thorough and organized records of all vehicle transactions.
  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Duties:
    • Manage accounts payable including invoice processing, payment disbursal, and vendor communication.
    • Oversee accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection.
    • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
    • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
  • Qualifications
    • Previous experience as a title clerk or in an automotive dealership setting is highly desirable.
    • Proven track record in managing AP/AR processes with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast‑paced environment.
    • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
