Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position based in West Sacramento, CA. The Diesel Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of diesel vehicles and heavy equipment. Key responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment meets safety and performance standards. Collaboration with the team to ensure timely and efficient repairs is essential for success in this role.
Qualifications- Strong expertise in Diesel Mechanics and Heavy Equipment repair
- Proficiency in Vehicle Maintenance and Equipment Maintenance
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance to ensure long-term equipment functionality
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose mechanical issues accurately
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications in diesel mechanics or similar fields are advantageous
- Previous experience in truck or heavy equipment repair is preferred
