• Assist in gutter installation and job site prep
• Support lead installers and crew members
• Learn proper safety procedures and equipment handling
• Provide respectful, professional communication with customers and team members
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Hustle with a good attitude and willingness to grow

• Positive, coachable attitude
• Physically able to lift ladders, climb, and work on rooftops
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be 18 or older
• Construction or roofing experience is a plus, but not required
