Trans Capital Property Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Property Manager to join our growing team. • Manage a portfolio of residential properties with a focus on owner and tenant satisfaction
• Oversee leasing, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Communicate clearly and professionally with owners, tenants, and team members
• Accurately maintain records and reports using App Folio

• Proficiency in App Folio
• Basic computer skills

• Minimum of 3 years of property management experience
• Positive, solutions-oriented attitude
