Showing Agent Opportunity Learn to become a high performing Showing Agent by working directly with top producing agents and gaining real world experience in active transactions. You will work alongside experienced producers, support active buyers, and focus on showings, client communication, and conversion. You will be supported by organized systems, coaching, and a fast paced team environment that values efficiency, professionalism, and results.

Responsibilities
  • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
  • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
  • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
  • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
  • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Real estate license required in order to earn commissions and work with clients
Compensation

$160,000+ per year
