Overview
S&G Carpet and More is seeking a designated Recruiting Assistant to join its team!
S&G Carpet is dedicated to providing the premiere customer service experience to its customers. But none of that is possible without finding the right people.
As a Recruiting Assistant, you will help ensure S&G has the talent it needs to fulfil its vision. You will use your skills to develop hiring strategies, assist S&G’s hiring managers, utilizing recruiting tools to identify key talent, and work to ensure that S&G Carpet is staffed with the best people in the industry.
This is an in-office position based out of West Sacramento. Remote work is not available.

ScheduleSchedule: M-F, 8-hour shifts.
CompensationCompensation: $24/hr to $27/hr, DOE.

- Exceptional team player and skilled at working well under pressure
- Strong computer skills with the ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous, proven recruiting experience required
- Able to bring energy, ideas, and enthusiasm to S&G’s recruiting team
- Positive, confident attitude; able to comfortably cold call candidates
- Motivated by finding the right person for the right role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
