MANAGER - BINGO

Overview

This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bingo function including managing team members and ensuring a memorable experience is provided for all bingo guests, protecting the company assets and following the policies and procedures.

• Provide leadership, employee development, staffing and scheduling.
• Support Bingo operations.
• Teaching new system upgrade to subordinates.
• Responsible for enforcement of all departmental rules, policies and regulations.
• Responsible for accountability of all issued and non-issued BINGO keys.
• Responsible for proper staffing levels, personnel scheduling and coordinating shift schedules.
• Responsible for training, evaluating, maintaining team member history sheets and making recommendations for promotions.
• Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento property and departmental policies and procedures.

• Associates degree and four to six (4-6) years of related gaming experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
• Must have proven analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups of individuals.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Must possess basic mathematical skills.

• Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell.
• The team member must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy.
