Commercial Project Manager - Construction
A well‑established commercial construction firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operational oversight of commercial construction projects, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, safety, and quality expectations. This individual will collaborate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and internal leadership to keep work progressing smoothly.

This individual will collaborate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and internal leadership to keep work progressing smoothly.
Responsibilities- Manage commercial construction projects from pre‑construction through close‑out
- Interpret and work from blueprints, specifications, and inspection reports
- Develop and track project budgets and schedules
- Review, negotiate, and process change orders promptly
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site leadership
- Ensure project milestones and quality standards are met
- Oversee multiple active projects simultaneously
- Utilize Microsoft Project, Excel, and related platforms for reporting and tracking
- Travel to job sites as needed
- Maintain awareness of deadlines and project requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and best practices
- Ability to interpret construction documents and technical reports
- Skilled in budget management and scheduling
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable leading teams and working collaboratively with leadership and field staff
- Degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred, not required
Salary range: $90,000-$125,000, depending on experience.
Full‑time position.
Standard Monday-Friday schedule, with overtime or weekend hours as needed.
Travel to job sites required.
