Waiter; Banquets NA-

This position is located at West Point Club.

• This job is open to US Citizens and Non‑Citizens residing within a 75‑mile radius of West Point, NY. Military Spouse Preference (MSP) and Involuntarily Separated Military Preference (ISMP) eligible candidates are included in the area of consideration.

• Performs routine duties of servicing banquets either by providing for set‑menu banquets or taking individual orders.
• Involved in setting up and breaking down banquet settings and replenishing beverages.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card are required.
• Must meet qualification, eligibility and background requirements for this position.
• A one‑year probationary period may be required.
• Must satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E‑Verify) check.
• A Medical Examination is required.
• Eligible to receive gratuities (tips) based on the type of event(s) and performance.
• Work hours may involve weekday, weekend, holiday and night duty.

• No prior training or work experience required.
• Must meet the state/local age (18 yrs) requirement for the serving of alcoholic beverages.
• Applicants must be able to follow simple oral and/or written instructions.
• Previous work experience as waitstaff in a restaurant and/or for catered events is a highly preferred qualification.
