Location:
West Point, NY

Hours:
Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm (Some on-call)

Rate $27/hr

• Insure timely fulfillment of maintenance requests.
• Supervise maintenance techs.
• Coordinates projects with various stakeholders.
• Enforces Health and Safety protocols and practices.
• Maintain preventative maintenance records & report weekly.
• Recruitment, hiring and corrective actions when needed.
• Vendor negotiation and solicitation for bids for projects.
• Assist with snow removal and landscape for internal and contract sites when needed.
• Reports to Building Systems Supervisor.

• Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems including plumbing, electrical, structural, HVAC and Control systems.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience with centrifugal driven water chiller is a plus.
• Experience working with voltages greater than 120vac

• 10+ years of building systems maintenance experience.
• Extensive knowledge of all trades related to facilities and grounds maintenance.
• Previous experience working on a military base is a plus.
• Competent computer skills. (email, MS Word and excel)
