United Trades of America is currently hiring experienced Industrial Plumbers for active projects in West Point, MS. This role requires proficiency in pipe threading and industrial plumbing systems. Join a dedicated team of skilled trades professionals working in high-demand environments.
🔧 Position OverviewAs an Industrial Plumber, you will be responsible for the installation, assembly, and maintenance of piping systems in an industrial setting. Your core duties will include:
Threading, cutting, and fitting various types of industrial piping (carbon, galvanized, black iron)
Reading and interpreting blueprints, isometric drawings, and schematics
Installing air, water, gas, and process piping systems
Operating power tools, threading machines, and torches
Inspecting and testing piping systems for leaks and structural soundness
Working collaboratively with site foremen and crew members
Following all OSHA safety protocols and job site requirements
Minimum 3 years industrial/commercial plumbing experience
Pipe threading experience is required (manual and machine)
Familiarity with piping materials including carbon steel, copper, and galvanized
Ability to work from blueprints and isometric drawings
Must have basic plumbing tools and PPE
OSHA 10 certification preferred
Ability to pass drug screening and background check
Reliable transportation to the job site
