• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT
• Experience in IT operations and insurance servicing at an insurance agency
• Strong communication skills
• Proven project management experience
• Ability to track project activities and provide timely status updates

• Familiarity with compliance regulations specific to the insurance industry
• Experience in application security and data protection practices
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
