Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an automotive location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and escalating concerns through the chain of command;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance, access control, and/or operational issues;
Control access at vehicle gates and facility entry points by verifying identification, authorizations, and deliveries, and coordinating visitor check-in and directions as needed;
Complete shift logs and incident reports and communicate clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns, policy updates, and/or post instructions
