General FunctionHead Coach/Assistant Director of Athletics, Compliance – West Plains is responsible for the management and administration of all activities related to his/her sport and exercises direct supervision of recruiting, training, and coaching student-athletes participating in that sport. The Head Coach/Assistant Director of Athletics, Compliance – West Plains is responsible for organization and administration of the Athletics Department’s National Junior Collegiate Athletic Association ( NJCAA ), the National Junior College Athletic Association Esports ( NJCAAE ), and the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association ( NIRA ) compliance program.
The Head Coach/Assistant Director of Athletics, Compliance – West Plains monitors coaches’ activities relative to rules compliance, and interacts with departmental staff members and coaches to ensure compliance with NJCAA , NJCAAE , and NIRA rules and regulations. (e.g., travel, purchasing, etc.).
