Position Overview: As a Meat and Seafood Manager, you will lead the department in providing high-quality meat and seafood products, ensuring excellent customer service in a friendly and clean environment. Reporting directly to the Store Director or Director of Meat, you will oversee daily operations, team scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service and share expert knowledge on meat and seafood products.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper signage in the Meat Department.
• Manage inventory, pricing integrity, and documentation such as grind logs and origin information.
• Schedule team members, complete orders, and monitor sales and labor costs.

Standards and Requirements:

• Follow safety guidelines, report safety issues, and adhere to company policies including dress code and training requirements.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs., standing for extended periods, and using sharp tools safely.
