Meat and Seafood Manager

Position: Full Time – Mid Level to Master

Reports To: Store Director, Director of Meat

Supervises: Meat & Seafood Associates

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service and share expert knowledge on meat and seafood.

Maintain cleanliness and proper signage in the Meat Department.

Manage meat case rotation and inventory.

Coordinate with the Pricing Coordinator to ensure accurate pricing.

Complete perishable inventories and maintain related documentation.

Schedule team members, process orders, and monitor sales and labor.

Company Standards

Follow safety guidelines and report safety issues.

Use department equipment according to safety protocols.

Adhere to company policies, including dress code and training requirements.

Stay updated with latest training and communicate effectively with other departments.

Physical and Basic Functions

Must be able to lift 60 lbs., stand for extended periods, and handle sharp instruments safely.
