We are seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Dentist to join a respected community health center providing high-quality and affordable oral healthcare to patients of all ages. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive services.

  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices.

  • Maintain accurate and compliant dental and patient records using EMR systems.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

  • Support and mentor dental staff through training and continuing education.

  • Participate in administrative activities such as strategic planning, compliance reviews, and clinic committees.

  • Represent the dental program in outreach and community engagement efforts.

  • Uphold professional ethics and promote a positive and respectful clinic culture.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited dental school (DDS or DMD).

  • Licensed to practice dentistry in the State of Missouri.

  • Current BLS certification.

  • Active DEA and Missouri BNDD registrations.

  • Proficient with EMR systems and office software.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with patients, staff, and community partners.

  • Commitment to providing quality care in a community health setting.

  • Understanding of public health principles and socioeconomic factors affecting access to care.
