The Courtesy Cart Driver provides on‑site transportation for guests using a golf cart, serving as the first point of contact. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, assisting with directions, anticipating needs, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Safely transport patrons in passenger golf carts throughout Spring Training facilities (mostly game days) via courtesy shuttle service.
• Prior to shift, inspect carts to ensure they are in proper operating order (fuel levels, seat coverings, tires, headlight functionality, overall cleanliness, etc.).
• Report any issues to Stadium Operations full‑time supervisory staff and ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Reference and comply with the golf cart safety training program.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Previous customer service experience (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on excellent customer service and hospitality.
• Effective communication abilities.
• Professional appearance at all times.
• Represent the Ballpark professionally at all times.
• Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

The position operates in a stadium setting with moderate to loud noise levels. Employees must remain alert due to the presence of bats, balls and other objects.

Regularly required to see, hear and touch. Long periods of sitting while driving the cart. Ability to work in a high‑activity, heavily crowded outdoor venue for extended periods in all weather extremes. May need to stoop, kneel, crouch, or lift items up to 20 lbs on occasion.

Part‑time/seasonal. Flexible schedule including extended hours, evenings, weekends and holidays.
