We’re looking for a hard-working, dependable Guardrail Post Driver / Pounder (Machine Operator) to join our crew.
What we’re looking for:- 1–2 years experience running machinery (basic knowledge of how machines function)
- Able to read plans and understand guardrail job layouts
- CDL required
- Clear communication skills
- Comfortable with paperwork + timesheets
- Full-time steady work
- $27–$29/hour depending on experience
