Join VASTA as a Performance Coach and inspire individuals to achieve their sports performance, health and fitness goals! As part of our dynamic team in West Palm Beach, FL, you will create tailored fitness programs that empower clients to lead healthier lives.

• Conduct personalized fitness assessments and develop customized training programs.
• Lead individual and group fitness sessions, ensuring a motivating environment.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to meet goals.
• Provide nutrition guidance and lifestyle coaching to enhance client results.
• Maintain a clean and safe training environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term commitment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions to further develop coaching skills.

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal training or fitness coaching.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
• Knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and wellness principles.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Passion for fitness and a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including evenings and weekends.
