Quality Assurance Engineer

We’re hiring a Senior QA Engineer to take ownership of quality across complex, multi-brand software systems. You’ll go beyond test execution—applying critical thinking, technical depth, and a customer-first mindset to anticipate issues, improve processes, and raise the bar for what we ship. You’ll own QA automation as a first-class system; building, maintaining, and operating automated tests that run reliably as part of our delivery pipeline

• Lead test planning and quality strategy for complex projects and releases
• Build, maintain, and execute detailed test plans across web and API surfaces
• Guide teammates in applying QA best practices across the SDLC
• Identify gaps in requirements, edge cases, and risks before development begins
• Build, maintain, and operate automated test suites for UI and APIs
• Integrate and manage automation within CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure automated tests are reliable, actionable, and maintained over time
• Partner with engineers to validate NextJS & React front-end behavior
• Validate Rails backend services, APIs, and integrations
• Log and triage defects with precision, providing actionable feedback
• Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve QA processes, tooling, and documentation
• Act as a mentor and point of escalation for QA-related questions or decisions

• 7+ years in QA roles, including experience leading QA efforts for large features or systems
• Strong technical fluency and ability to understand system architecture
• Clear, confident communication and the ability to advocate for quality under pressure
• Deep experience testing web-based & iOS applications, APIs, and backend integrations
• Experience writing and maintaining test cases, plans, and automation
• Familiarity with Jira, Zephyr (or similar test management tools), and defect workflows
• Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Postman, or similar tools
• Development background or a Computer Science degree

• VSCode, Python, Open Ai/Claude integration
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test integration
• Exposure to tools like Data Dog, GA/TM, or event instrumentation platforms
• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or complex operational platforms

You won’t just be testing what we’ve built—you’ll shape how we build. As the senior member of the QA team, you’ll help define scalable practices, protect the user experience, and ensure we meet a higher standard of readiness with every release.
