This is a full-time on-site role located in West Palm Beach, FL, for a Community Events & Voter Outreach Coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing community events, conducting voter outreach activities, providing customer service, researching community engagement techniques, and training internal staff. The ideal candidate will engage with the public to increase voter registration and participation.
Qualifications- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience and passion for community outreach and event coordination
- Proficiency in conducting research and analyzing data
- Ability to deliver training and educational programs
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of electoral processes and civic engagement is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, political science, or a related field preferred
- Available to work after hours, including evenings and weekends, for an extended period of time during an active election cycle or when needed by the office
