• Take full ownership of parent relationships for a single campus from outreach through sustained engagement.
• Lead persuasive info sessions and individual conversations that convert interested parents into dedicated supporters.
• Act as the central parent contact—addressing concerns, increasing satisfaction, and ensuring every family feels valued once enrolled at Alpha.
• Establish visibility and credibility through consistent on‑site presence, local partnerships, and targeted outreach.
• Mobilize parent advocates to expand referrals and strengthen community influence.

• Rely on canned sales scripts or impersonal communication strategies.
• Hand off relationship development to campus personnel or adopt a passive role.
• Let formalized parent committees compromise or redefine Alpha's educational approach.
• Work remotely—this role requires deep immersion in the parent journey and community life.

Lead enrollment and retention at your campus by cultivating high‑trust parent relationships from initial inquiry through sustained satisfaction and active advocacy.

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• 5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making.
• Deep belief in Alpha's accelerated, high‑expectation learning model.

This is a full‑time, long‑term position (40 hours per week) and is immediately available. The role requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
