• Competitive Salary: $28-$32 per hour
• On‑Call Pay – $150 per scheduled on‑call shift

Commercial HVAC Technician based in West Palm Beach, FL. Will conduct maintenance, repair, and replacement of commercial HVAC refrigeration systems and assist with related projects.

• Conduct scheduled maintenance, service requests, repairs, and equipment changeouts
• Collaborate with dispatchers, coordinators, supervisors, and technical resources
• Operate fully stocked service van and use iPad, iPhone, and required PPE
• Service and install new HVAC systems and ice machines
• Perform routine maintenance, assess and troubleshoot HVAC systems, inspect and repair equipment, and perform preventive maintenance
• Respond to emergency service requests
• Provide observations on facility conditions and recommend enhancements
• Participate in and assist with facility‑related projects
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Work on lightweight commercial equipment

• High School or GED
• 3–6 years of HVAC experience with commercial refrigeration systems
• EPA certification required
• Willingness to wear PPE
• Enhanced security clearance requirements must be met
• Subject to drug, background, and driver’s license checks
• Physical requirements:
  
  climb/descend ladders, carry up to 30 lbs., lift up to 75 lbs., maneuver in confined spaces

• Experience with industry software
