Refrigeration Mechanic – West Palm Beach, FL

This is a full Scaled hybrid role for a Refrigeration Mechanic based in West Palm Beach, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Key responsibilities include installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing refrigeration systems and equipment. Daily tasks involve inspecting systems for malfunctions, performing preventative maintenance, replacing defective components, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Collaboration with team members, documentation of work performed, and maintaining high standards of quality are also integral aspects of this role.

• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in refrigeration systems, HVAC systems, and system diagnostics
• Proficiency in conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on refrigeration and cooling systems
• Familiarity with industry regulations, safety protocols, and the ability to follow technical manuals
• Context mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for assessing and resolving equipment issues
• Solid communication and collaboration abilities for working effectively with team members and clients
• EPA Section 608 Technician Certification (preferred or required)
• Previous experience in the marine or industrial refrigeration sector (preferred but not mandatory)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in varied environments
